Nobody in this village follows a script. Each villager watches what you do, remembers it, and decides for themselves how to treat you. They won't talk back: they answer with their faces, their hands, and what they do next. Earn their trust before nightfall, or end the day in the cells.
Walk with WASD. Drag the mouse to look around. C switches to a map view.
Speak with T. Type anything: everyone in earshot decides what you meant (a greeting, a joke, an insult, a threat, a bribe, a question) and reacts: a laugh, a scowl, a step back, a finger pointing you the way. E waves, G gives a coin.
Cause trouble with F (draw your sword) or R (steal from the stall). They will notice.
Read a mind by clicking a villager: what they almost did, how they feel about you, what they remember, and the exact request Jev answered.
Under every name: their mood toward you (red to green), the move they just chose with its probability, and a ! when they feel unsafe.
Lie if you like. Claim to be someone, accuse Silas, say Mara sent you. Each listener decides whether to believe you, and villagers compare notes when they pass each other.
Who you are shows. The first time each villager sees you, they react to how you look before you do anything.
Space clears reaction captions. B opens the board of things that can happen.
